Please Be Advised: This is a formal preview of what our venue renting contract will entail. Please contact us if you have any questions, comments or concerns before booking and placing a deposit. 

 

The Client will pay Venue a refundable deposit $300 for incidentals which will be returned at the end of the next business day. If no incidentals or extra cleanings occur at time of initial walk thru an agreement of date and time half of the booking fee will be due along with $300.00 incidental charge. 


To book the remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your event. ________________________


The Client agrees to acknowledge the Venue in all marketing materials including the logo.


If in the event items are Damaged, Broken, or Stolen, the Client is responsible for the cost at the time of your event.
All deposits are non-refundable. If the Client cancels within 15 days of the event their deposit can be transferred to another date for up to six months.

All tables need to be cleared of all decoration and or food and all trash must be put out back by dumpster in the yard area after event is over, also no confetti or glitter of any kind will allow in venue No decorations may be placed on the walls or Security Deposit will be nonrefundable.


If the Venue cancels for any reason the client will be fully refunded.
The venue is not responsible for claims for personal injury or death, or for damage to or loss of property relating to rental of or occurring at the venue property.


NO animals, except service dogs, are allowed in the venue facility.

NO SMOKING is allowed in venue and NO LOITERING outside in front of building there is a yard area for smoking.


If for any reason, there is a possibility of power outages during rental events. The venue is not responsible or liable for power outages.


The venue includes the facility and available equipment. Equipment and fixtures in the Hall may not be removed or altered under any circumstance. No structural or electrical changes to the venue may be made to the venue.
