YES! A COMPLIMENTARY 2 HOUR FOR SET UP &1 HOUR FOR BREAKDOWN IS INCLUDED WITH EACH VENUE RENTAL.


3. IS THERE PARKING?
YES! THERE IS A SMALL PARKING LOT & OFF-STREET PARKING IS AVAILABLE.


4. WHAT'S YOUR MAX CAPACITY?
150 PEOPLE FOR STANDING EVENTS &
100 PEOPLE FOR SEATED EVENT


5. CAN WE BRING OUTSIDE LIQUOR?
COMPASSIONATE VIII EVENTS HAS AN IN-HOUSE BARTENDER: YOU CAN PURCHASE YOUR OWN LIQUOR. HOWEVER, IT MUST BE SERVED BY A LICENSED BARTENDER.


7. WHEN IS DEPOSIT DUE?
HALF OF YOUR DEPOSIT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING
AND THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE 10 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT
ALSO A $300 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS ALSO
REQUIRED.


8. WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY EVENT?
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
YOUR DEPOSIT CAN BE CREDITED
UP TO SIX MONTHS TO A FUTURE EVENT.
